Punters with an unclaimed (winning) bookmaker ticket can send their ticket to Racing Services, Level 3, East Wing, 50 Grenfell Street (GPO Box 672 Adelaide 5001) for a full payout.

In addition punters who have lost their bookmaker betting ticket can apply to Racing Services (see above for address) for an application form to claim a payout
